Japanese-style vegetables

Serves : 4

Ingredients

  • 30 g green beans cut into sections
  • 30 g snow peas cut into sections
  • 4 bok choy cabbages
  • 16 ears of baby corn, cut into sections
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of soy sauce
  • A few drops of sesame oil
  • Salt

Instruction

  1. Cook the green beans for 7 minutes, the snow peas for 3 minutes and the bok choy cabbage for 1 minute in a pan of salted water. Drain them.
  2. Brown the garlic for 1 minute on the grill over high heat. Add the other vegetables and let them come back for 2 minutes while mixing. Pour in the soy sauce, mix again.
  3. Divide between plates and pour a few drops of sesame oil to taste.

TIP

You can replace the bok choy cabbage with Chinese cabbage!
