Japanese-style vegetables

Serves : 4

Ingredients
- 30 g green beans cut into sections
- 30 g snow peas cut into sections
- 4 bok choy cabbages
- 16 ears of baby corn, cut into sections
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of soy sauce
- A few drops of sesame oil
- Salt
Instruction
- Cook the green beans for 7 minutes, the snow peas for 3 minutes and the bok choy cabbage for 1 minute in a pan of salted water. Drain them.
- Brown the garlic for 1 minute on the grill over high heat. Add the other vegetables and let them come back for 2 minutes while mixing. Pour in the soy sauce, mix again.
- Divide between plates and pour a few drops of sesame oil to taste.
TIP
You can replace the bok choy cabbage with Chinese cabbage!
