Quick Grilled Fruit with Mint

Serves 4

Cook time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 mango, cubed
- 250g strawberries
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 kiwi, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 4 sprigs mint, leaves only
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat the griddle to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle the griddle with olive oil and cook the apple and kiwi slices for 1 minute.
- Add the mango and cook for 1 minute. Add the strawberries and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Garnish with mint leaves.
Tip
Use different fruits depending on the season.
