Gluten-free blueberries pancakes a la Plancha® griddle

COOKING TIME : 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp or 15 g powdered sugar
- 1 cup or 120 g of cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 yoghurt
- 1 tbsp or 20 g melted butter
- 3/4 cup or 125 g blueberries
- 4 tbsp or 60 g maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a salad bowl, whip the eggs and sugar. Add the cornstarch, yeast, yoghurt and butter. Mix well. Add the blueberries and mix delicately.
- Heat the griddle and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve the pancakes on plates and drizzle with the maple syrup.
TIPS
Test other flavors by varying the fruits : blackberries, redcurrants, raspberries...
