Apple, Cider and Maple Parfait

Ingredients
- 5 apples, diced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 ml (½ cup) ice cider
- 125 ml (½ cup) + 60 ml (14 cup) maple syrup
- 125 ml (½ cup) coarsely chopped pecans
- 125 ml (½ cup) coarsely chopped pretzels
- 1 907 g jar Mediterranean plain Greek yogurt
Preparation :
- Heat the Eno griddle over medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter and sauté the apples.
Add the pinch of salt. - Pour over the apples, cider and syrup. Collect all the juice in the collection trays and set aside in a cool place.
- Dry roast the pecans for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Add the pretzels and the 60 ml of maple syrup. Mix well and remove from the heat.
- Mix the reserved liquid into the yogurt.
- Assemble the verrines with yogurt on the bottom, apples, more yogurt and the crunchy mixture.
- Garnish with a whole pretzel.
