Beef Flank Steak Tacos with Grilled Corn and Jalapenos

Servings : 4 to 6 

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 Beet Flank Steak
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Tex-Mex spices of your choice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
  • ½ bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) finely shredded red cabbage
  • About ten tortillas

 

Preparation :

  1. Coat the meat with spices.
  2. Preheat the plancha.
  3. Mix the sour cream with cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sauté the corn and jalapeno in a bit of oil, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the steak and let it rest.
  6. Fill the tacos with sauce, meat, red cabbage, and corn.
