Beef Flank Steak Tacos with Grilled Corn and Jalapenos

Ingredients :
- 1 Beet Flank Steak
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Tex-Mex spices of your choice
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, diced
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream
- ½ bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) finely shredded red cabbage
- About ten tortillas
Preparation :
- Coat the meat with spices.
- Preheat the plancha.
- Mix the sour cream with cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté the corn and jalapeno in a bit of oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak and let it rest.
- Fill the tacos with sauce, meat, red cabbage, and corn.
